Fannie and Freddie announce new appraisal rules

A replacement for the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) was announced today by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in accordance with mandates from the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
