Katie Auffenorde, Manager Supplier Development
A member of the Dwellworks team for nearly 5 years, Katie shares in the management of Dwellworks’ nationwide network of Destination Services Consultants. In this capacity, she is responsible for the development and delivery of orientations aimed at educating new and experienced consultants to ensure the best possible customer service for international transferees. Katie enjoys teaching those unfamiliar with the relocation industry about the rewarding and exciting experience of providing destination services and delights in supporting a network of consummate professionals. During her tenure with Dwellworks, Katie has been a contributing author for Mobility Magazine, a publication by Worldwide ERC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Letters with a major in English from Michigan State University.
Ghadeer Hasan, Vice President Quality
Ghadeer has more than 12 years of experience in relocation management and provides procedural expertise and leadership for all quality functions related to Dwellworks property management, appraisal and destination services. She is a graduate of George Mason University and holds both the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations. She recently worked with Worldwide ERC serving as a developer for the GMS recertification and is Worldwide ERC Appraisal Trained.
Ronald Huiskamp, Vice President Marketing & Product Development
Ronald’s first exposure to global mobility came during his own relocation from Amsterdam to Seattle in 1997. This experience, combined with a diverse professional background in sales, marketing, finance and technology, help him to create and market new products for the relocation industry. Ronald is an active member of Worldwide ERC(R) and currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Committee of Mobility Magazine.
Laura Hutchins, Director Career Advising
Laura has more than 20 years experience delivering Spouse & Partner Assistance to corporations and relocation service providers. Beginning as a Job Search Advisor in 1992, Laura took on increasing responsibilities in her role as Research Manager and in her current position as the Director of Career Advising. Laura is passionate about her work to help job searchers and lives by a customer-first mantra. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Miami University (in Oxford, Ohio).
Peggy Love, President Education Services
Peggy has been dedicated to helping international assignees and their families for more than 20 years. Inspired by her own experience as an expatriate in Germany, she founded and developed one of the leading US providers of destination services – then known as Full Circle International Relocations. Having worked as an early childhood educator both in the US and Germany, Peggy has had a lifelong passion for the field of education. In her current role at Dwellworks, she leads our education services division to support the children of relocating families. She received her BA from the University of South Carolina and her M. Ed from George Mason University.
Alexandra Ruttenberg, Director Education Services
Alex began her career in the relocation industry more than 15 years ago working for The World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF). Her roles included Director and Education Advisor and Co-Team Lead and Founder of the Global Mobility Center. Alex joined Dwellworks in 2007 as our Director of Education Services. She earned a B.A. cum laude from Yale University; an Ed.M, from Harvard University and Ed.S. from George Washington University. She is a Certified Education Planner (CEP) and a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA).
Paul Soley, Vice President Real Estate Services
Paul’s relocation career began at Cartus providing home sale assistance to government agencies. Pursuing a subsequent opportunity in global mobility he was able to experience all aspects of international relocation eventually focusing on destination services. Paul is a member of Worldwide ERC holding the CRP and GMS designation. Other memberships include the Real Estate Board of New York, Westchester County Board of Real Estate, Greenwich Board of Real Estate and the Relocation Directors Council.
Lorraine Vargas, Team Lead – Manager, Destination Services
Prior to joining Dwellworks, Lorraine gained valuable international experience while working in global human resources in the United Kingdom for several large corporations, including Sony Music, Grand Metropolitan, Rank Organization as well as a non-profit organization, Mencap. After relocating to the U.S., she worked for Select Medical Corp for a number of years. A native to England and Ireland, Lorraine has lived in the greater Washington DC area for the past 12 years.
Robert Carlson, Vice President, Operations Residential Services
Rob has more than 10 years of operational leadership experience in the relocation mortgage industry, including settlement, title and closing services. Combining his team building skills with strategic planning and a solid understanding of process management, Rob succeeds consistently in creating efficiencies and product improvements for Dwellworks and our clients.
Prior to joining Dwellworks in 2009, Rob worked for SIRVA Relocation, most recently serving as Vice President of Settlement Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and an MBA in Management from the University of Cincinnati. Rob also earned his CRP designation from Worldwide ERC®.
Tim Evanko, Director, Supplier Management Dwellworks Residential
Tim joined Dwellworks in 2009 and serves as Dwellworks Residential’s Director of Supplier Management. He is responsible for overseeing the supply chain managers and its network of over 10,000 independent appraisers. Tim has an enthusiastic and dedicated focus on building the best performing relocation and mortgage appraisal team in the industry.
Tim graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science in business administration in finance from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University in University Heights, OH.
Brian Keating, Director Client Services
Brian is responsible for both new client implementation and ongoing client relationship management for Dwellworks’ Residential Services department. Ever committed to serving the needs of his clients, Brian joined Dwellworks in early 2010, bringing with him 12 years of experience in the corporate relocation and mortgage lending industries. He earned his CRP designation in 2000 and GMS in 2005. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Bucknell University. An avid Browns and Indians fan, he lives in Cleveland, OH with his wife Becca and son Simon.
