Earlier this month, our German office said ‘bon voyage’ to Eva Czernik, who retired at the remarkable age of 88.
Eva had been working in the relocation industry for approximately 26 years, after responding to a job advertisement. At Dwellworks, she worked part-time in the accounting department. Her favorite part of working at Dwellworks was interacting with her coworkers and the accounting team.
“We will all miss Eva and her positive attitude and kindness she showed in the office," said Verona Jeuck, Director of Operations with Dwellworks GmbH. "She was amazingly open and always eager to learn. She intends to stay in touch and visit the office, and for that we are very grateful."
Now that her work life has finished, Eva is looking forward to spending more time with her family at their family finca (estate) in Spain. If she could give one piece of advice for having a long, prosperous career it would be to always think positive and have discipline.
