Dwellworks is working closely with global supply chain housing partners to ensure compliance with the following actions:

 

In Unit Guest Care

Providing face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer or wipes, key sanitation information

 

Isolation and Quarantine Protocols

Meeting local governmental requirements; providing additional services for guest comfort such as organizing food delivery and business services

 

Social Distancing/Minimal Contact

Offering hygienic guest check-in procedures, contactless arrival, virtual guest interactions

 

Staff Safety

Redesigned operations and services for minimal contact and virtual service delivery; delivered protocols training guidelines

 

Room Cleaning Protocols

Providing high-touch sanitation/disinfection, including UV, electronic, and deep-cleaning services where available; maintaining healthy ventilation; ensuring extended time between rental check out and check in

 

Housekeeping & Maintenance

Ensuring PPE for staff and sanitary disposal of equipment; providing extra linens and responding to other customer requests

 

Hospital Grade Sanitation Products

Using cleaning products approved by World Health Organization (WHO), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and local authorities

 

Common Areas

Sanitizing high-touch areas regularly; offering touchless access entry/exits; reinforcing proper social distancing protocols
