We are pleased to announce the onboarding of Norm Koenig as Director of Business Development for the Mortgage Appraisal Services team. Working alongside Tim Evanko, Dwellworks’ Vice President of Residential Services, Norm offers extensive experience and industry knowledge.

Prior to joining Dwellworks, Koenig served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Platinum Data where he drove a five-fold increase in the number of RealView reports and helped position Platinum for acquisition by Mercury Network, one of the nation’s largest appraisal management company software solutions. Koenig has worked in the mortgage technology field for more than 25 years. Some of his previously held positions include Director of Sales Operations for DocMagic and Regional Sales Manager for eLynx, as well as working with Loan Origination System providers, consulting services, and others.
