Dwellworks is pleased to announce we have successfully earned recertification for the European Relocation Association (EuRA) Global Quality Seal. The quality seal recognizes Dwellworks for our quality management system and delivery of unparalleled Destination Services to clients in each of our operating countries. By passing the audit, Dwellworks has renewed its EuRA Global Quality Seal until late 2018.

Brian Gibbons, Project Manager, led the effort to renew Dwellworks certification. “We have held certification in the U.K., U.S., and Germany, and felt it was important from a global quality standpoint to extend certification to all operating offices where we deliver Destination Services,” Gibbons said. “This was an excellent opportunity for a global review of our systems, process and teams, resulting in shared best practices and greater efficiencies.”

The EuRA Quality Seal, jointly developed by EuRA and the German Registrar for Management Systems (DQS GmbH) in 2007, was created to provide a professional certification to relocation providers demonstrating adherence to the highest quality standards. This initiative is an ISO-certification equivalent based on years of experience and quality management best practices.

The seal is intended to streamline the provider selection process by giving clients confidence in their choice of relocation service providers. The basis of receiving the seal is the successful completion of a comprehensive certification process combined with a defined methodology for the delivery of relocation services.

About The European Relocation Association EuRA is a trade association launched to increase the visibility of relocation services in Europe, and to define standards in the relocation industry. It was founded in 1998 and today has more than 300 members worldwide. From the beginning, EuRA has focused on the professionalism of relocation services and on the implementation of obligatory quality criteria and codes of conduct for all members. The implementation of the EuRA Quality Seal is a natural outcome of the development and ongoing use of industry best practices and is the culminating achievement of this work.
