For today's installment of the Meet our Global Team, we interviewed the passionate Jackie Dorfsman, Client Services Director in Mexico City, to share her journey at Dwellworks with us.
Tell us about your role with Dwellworks
I have more than 15 years’ experience working for the Relocation Industry. I started as a Destination Services Consultant, and then moved on to the role of Program Manager, then Operations Director, and Client Services Director for Mexico.
What’s an interesting fact about your role that people might not know/ or what’s one thing you enjoy about your job?
It is not a secret that the relocation business is challenging, moving from one state to another, or from one country to another can be very stressful. From a single move to a group move, the best part of my job is to help clients find solutions to ease those challenges in order to have successful moves and happy employees that will recognize the added value of having us by sending us great feedback based on their experiences.
