This week on the Global Team blog, we interviewed the talented Lynda Lescault, Global Account Director in the U.S. office to share her story with us.

Tell us about your role with Dwellworks?

As one of Dwellworks’ Global Account Directors, I am so very lucky to get to work and grow and learn from some of the greatest folks in the mobility industry. I would not trade this role for anything in the world! It’s an honor and a privilege to get to collaborate with our clients, to help bring innovative solutions to the table, and to see our partnerships flourish. Did I mention I love my job?!

How long have you been with the company?

Forever!  Or, at least, since Dwellworks was founded in 2007. Before that, I was with a regional Destination Service Provider, based in the US, where I got my start in mobility as a local destination consultant. Although Dwellworks has grown tremendously, that core service, destination services, has remained near and dear to my heart.  It’s been incredible to watch the creative, thoughtful and caring support our consultants have provided to transferees around the globe during the pandemic. I wish I could hug (or elbow tap) them all to say thanks.  They’ve been terrific.

What’s an interesting fact about your role that people might not know, or what’s one thing you enjoy about your job?

I suppose everyone in mobility might agree, but a favorite aspect of my job is the unpredictability of each day, the new challenges that arise, and the ability, freedom, and support from my team to get creative in support of client needs. I never know for sure what is in store and that keeps each day fresh and interesting.  And, as for the most cherished aspect of my job, I’d say it’s the friendships that have developed over the years with my clients and with my Dwellworks colleagues – truly rewarding.
