Our global team brings excellence to our day to day work. On this week Meet our Global Team blog, we interviewed the talented Verona Jeuck, Director of Operations in our German Office, to share her story with us.
Tell us about your role with Dwellworks?I lead a German Destination Service team which mainly works for and with RMC-clients (delivering services in Germany and Austria) as well as with the Destination Services team in Luxembourg. Our goal is to deliver the best possible customer experience. For that, the Operations Team needs to be on top of all aspects of our service delivery, which can be very complex, involving many different parties and topics and is constantly changing. Sometimes it feels like juggling with many balls in the air – when all goes well, it is a fascinating and elegant performance. This is what we aim for.
What’s an interesting fact about your role that people might not know, or what’s one thing you enjoy about your job?Generally, Global Mobility is not a widely known industry in Germany. When I am asked what I do for a living, the reactions are often: never heard about this before, but this sounds so interesting! Which it is indeed. And this is what I enjoy a lot.
Why Dwellworks?Dwellworks does not only deliver services for international clients, we are a truly international company. As we are not yet so large, we still know each other. It is real fun to work on an international team on a daily basis. For example, it is incredible what I have learned about Irish Christmas traditions; it is great to collaborate (and walk and run and cycle) in European teams to achieve some goals; and it is amazing to get to know people in Costa Rica!
