Tell us about your role with Dwellworks!
My role is to take on responsibilities in the HR department such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, company culture, HR services and payroll both for Costa Rica and as a back up for the US office.
What’s an interesting fact about your role that people might not know about your job?
An interesting fact is organizations that invest in a strong candidate experience improve their quality of new hires by 70%. That is why my favorite part of HR is Onboarding! I love creating a great welcoming experience that combines our company culture and that fulfills the needs of new hires.
I love the hard-working and warm approach the associates have. I love how fun and enjoyable Dwellworks is when it comes to resolve day to day tasks and achieve our goals!
