Dwellworks Joins the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers – Focuses on Safety Priorities
Dwellworks is excited to announce its membership with The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP). As a key resource to companies in the serviced apartment industry, Dwellworks understands the importance of joining together with international corporate housing providers to create new industry standards and respond with innovation and interest to the evolution in the industry.
Guest safety and a positive customer experience are the highest priorities at Dwellworks. As an ASAP member, Dwellworks commits to becoming certified through the International Serviced Apartment Accreditation Programme (ISAAP) by providing the safest and most secure temporary housing options for clients. Investments include upgraded smoke alarms in every Dwellworks inventory unit, as well as clear and comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures for tenants’ use. In addition, fire blankets, fire extinguishers, and carbon monoxide detectors will be visibly placed in applicable temporary housing units and will be examined and maintained regularly per ASAP, ISAAP and local standards.
Dwellworks anticipates that these safety compliance enhancements will be completed by the start of 2018.
These safety measures are just a few in a series of actions Dwellworks is taking and are designed to make guests’ stays as comfortable and safe as possible. In the spirit of best practice and due diligence, Dwellworks also has in place a robust health and safety framework, proper insurance coverage, and certifications of water hygiene and legionella testing where legally required.
“As with Dwellworks’ other service lines, quality, compliance, duty of care, and the overall management and measurement of such factors are critical to our overall success, so the ISAAP accreditation process is an obvious next step for us,” explains Andrew Horvath, Vice President of Global Account Management for Dwellworks.
Andrew Scott, Vice President of Account Management in Europe, and Horvath both commented on how pleased they are at Dwellworks opportunity to fully embrace the benefits of the ASAP organization and take an active involvement in helping promote ASAP, ISAAP and the industry where possible.
Dwellworks currently provides corporate housing solution assistance in Mexico, Costa Rica, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and Hong Kong, with additional markets anticipated for 2018.
